This site is a rebuild of the Zombie Blood website, a spirits brand that stopped existing in 2015. It sells nothing, has no customers, takes no orders and provides no commercial service: it is published as a work sample and as an archive of the project.
What data is processed
None that you provide. There is not a single form on this site that sends anything anywhere:
- The email field in “Join the horde” accepts whatever you type and sends it nowhere. No server receives it and no list exists to join. The site itself tells you so the moment you use it.
- Your answer to the age question stays in your browser, as set out in the cookies policy.
The only thing recorded is what any web server records while handing you a page: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the browser and the operating system. These are the hosting provider’s technical logs.

No profiling is carried out, no automated decisions are taken, and those logs are not cross-referenced with anything or used to measure audience.
Who it is shared with
Nobody. There are no transfers, international or otherwise, beyond the hosting provider processing those technical logs on instruction.
Your rights
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 give you the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability. To exercise them, write through carlosmorcillo.com saying which right you want to exercise.
If you believe the processing does not comply, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Minors
The content concerns an alcoholic drink and is aimed at people aged eighteen or over. The age check on the way in collects and stores no personal data.

If the site changes and starts processing data, this page will be updated first.
